Not every event needs online ticketing. A village hall show, a school play or a charity dinner often sells tickets by hand. This generator makes plain, numbered paper tickets that you can print, cut and sell the same afternoon.
It does not sell tickets online or scan codes. It produces the printable tickets and nothing else, which keeps it quick and free.
If your venue holds 150 people, print exactly 150 numbered tickets. The door team can see at a glance how many have been sold from the numbers in the sales log, and how many remain. Keep a simple list of which numbers each seller took.
The event preset has fields for the ticket type (for example Admit one), price, date and time, organizer and venue. Add your permit or licence number under More details if your area asks for one. The stub carries the same number as the ticket and is collected at the door.
Yes. Print the PDF on card stock at Actual size, cut along the crop marks and, if you use stubs, tear along the dotted line. A home printer works fine for small events.
No. These are plain numbered paper tickets checked by eye at the door. If you need scanning or online sales, use a dedicated ticketing service.
Generate one batch per section or night and start each at a different number, such as 1, 1001 and 2001. Change the title or subtitle so each batch is clearly labelled.
Size depends on the layout. At 6 per page on A4 each ticket is about 95 × 92 mm; at 4 per page each is about 190 × 69 mm. The exact size follows your paper and tickets-per-page choice.
Open the PDF and choose Actual size or 100% in the print dialog. Do not choose Fit to page or Shrink to fit, because that changes the ticket size and moves the cut guides. Choose the same paper size you picked here (A4 or US Letter).
