Everything a ticket book needs

Automatic numbering

Pick a start number and quantity. Every ticket is numbered in order, with zero-padding if you want it.

Matching stubs

Each tear-off stub carries the same number as its ticket, with name and phone lines for the buyer.

Print-ready PDF

True physical size, crop marks and a dotted tear line. Print it at home or take it to a copy shop.

A4 or US Letter

Choose 4, 6, 8 or 10 tickets per page. The page count is worked out for you.

A drink ticket template for any event

Drink tickets keep the bar queue moving and take cash handling out of the equation. Guests get a strip of tickets at the door, and hand one over for each drink. The preset here says Drink Ticket, One house drink and the event name, and you can change every word.

Because every ticket carries its own number, you can tell how many were printed and spot a photocopied one at a glance.

Use a different colour for each type of drink

Run the generator once per drink type and change the accent colour each time: for example yellow for beer and wine, orange for cocktails, and green for soft drinks. Start each batch at a different number (1, 501, 1001) so bar staff can tell them apart even in poor light.

Cutting tips

The default layout puts ten tickets on each page, in two columns of five, sharing cut lines so one cut separates neighbours. Use the crop marks in the margin to line up a paper trimmer. Card of 160 gsm or more feels sturdier in a pocket than office paper.

Questions

How many drink tickets do I need?

A common rule of thumb is two to three tickets per guest for a short evening, and more for a long one. Print a few extra packs, because it is easier to keep spare tickets than to reprint mid-event.

Do drink tickets need a tear-off stub?

Usually not. The bar keeps the whole ticket, so the stub is switched off by default. Turn it on if you want a matching half to keep, for example for a prize draw with the same numbers.

Can I put my event logo on the ticket?

Yes. Add a PNG, JPG or WebP logo under Pick a ticket. It stays on your device and is placed in the header of each ticket.

How do I stop people copying drink tickets?

No paper ticket is copy-proof, but sequential numbers, a distinctive colour and card stock make copies easy to spot. Staff can also note the number range in circulation.

How do I print at the right size?

Open the PDF and choose Actual size or 100% in the print dialog. Do not choose Fit to page or Shrink to fit, because that changes the ticket size and moves the cut guides. Choose the same paper size you picked here (A4 or US Letter).

Is it free, and do I need an account?

Yes, it is free and there is nothing to sign up for. Enter your details, download the PDF and print it. There is no watermark.
